Do it for your heart!
As I said before, Organic Aloe Vera Juice works wonders with the stress which most of you have to deal with on the daily bases. Most people from every area around the world will have an extra helping of stress piled on their plate today whether they want it or not. It's just part of the deal, so I'd like to continue on with this series on stress, because, I'm sure that someone reading this article will get a very positive benefit from the information.
Again, the causes of stress are many and highly personal. What one person considers high stress might be normal to another. It depends a lot on what type of person you are on the inside.
Is your attitude right?
Stress has a lot to do with your attitude, your personality, your outlook on life and how you react to certain problems or how you fit into social events and activities.
Whether it's positive stress or negative stress, good or bad stress. Anything that causes a demand or forces you out of your comfort zone can be a major influence on your stress level. It all depends on how prepared you are and how you handle the situation
Stress tip
- Stress and Heart Disease - How Are Stress and Heart Disease Related
Does stress really cause heart disease? Evidence shows that, while some kinds of stress are natural and healthy, other kinds of stress can promote heart disease
Your recall of events from childhood could be the major factor.
Some individuals are naturally able to cope with stress better than others. Recalling events traced back as far as your childhood may trigger your reaction to certain events. Maybe something that happened in your family. Maybe something that happened in your school years.
Individuals exposed to different stressful events as infants, small children and even on into teenage years often carry those stressors into their adult lives.
We've all been involved with some sort of stress inducing circumstances I'm sure. Heck, just turn on the TV or the radio and listen to the politicians, they'll get you rev-ed up.... I just couldn't resist throwing that in folks. Anyway, stress is just a part of life!!
What do you do to manage your stress?
How you handle that stress will be the key to controlling and managing how you will react to certain situations. Accept it, because, stress is part of your everyday lives and that stress thing is here to stay. But, by understanding and accepting this fact...you can much better prepare yourself to take control and manage your stress.
Are you putting a plan into action? Are you taking charge?
So, lets put together a plan of action and see if you can get a handle on this stress thing. Lets try and monitor you "lifestyle" just a little better and I'm sure you'll see some good results.
Look in the Mirror and do your self-talk!
My first recommendation would be, take charge of your own life. It's your life, take charge, be responsible, it's your responsibility. Step up to the plate, look at yourself in the mirror and have some good old self-talk with yourself.
Remember, it's those little changes that add up and lead to the big results...that's what you're looking for!!
Are you planning your day and working your plan?
Stress buster protocol...plan your day and work your plan, put together a healthy "organic diet", exercise a minimum of 20 minutes per day and drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water with two-four ounces of Organic Aloe Vera every day.
As always...know your supplier.

I have a covenant of physicians and other health professionals that I affiliate with and they are all big advocates of "natural" health. Most of them have told me clandestinally that the number one reason for ALL ailments, including death, and it's first cousin, aging was STRESS. Your perspective is "dead on".
Hey gjcody...your hit the nail right on thr head when you talk about looking in the mirror. It really helps, and works for me. I've been using the self talk for years...it really solves a lot of personal problems. Great Hub, keep'em coming.

Hey gjcody...thanks for the come back on the mirror...in fact I have such a close relation with the mirror that I try to duck under it as I pass by because that person in the mirror tells it like it is.....no bull__it on his watch...no skating there!!! You're absolutely right...yard by yard, it's hard....but...inch by inch, it's a cinch.
As for the part... practice makes perfect... I will agree. However, I come from a different school of thought...that is... pactice makes permanent. Or another way of saying it is...you don't know something when you can remember it.....you really know something when you can't forget it.... Ok flat lander...catch you later, and have a safe trip.
